Baked in a cast iron mold that gives it is great texture.  This is a sandwich bun that holds up to a sloppy joe sandwich!  A flavor and texture that compliments a hamburger, lamb burger, grilled chicken, pulled pork or beef sandwiches.  But also a great accompaniment for an egg salad sandwich or BLT.  Makes a tasty grilled cheese.
Fantastic to use as an english muffin; toasted with honey, jam/jelly or serve sausage gravy over it.

Where this bread doesn't look like the conventional bread, don't let it fool you, it is full of flavor!  This hearty bread is versatile; it's great just sliced with butter, toasted with butter & honey, makes an awesome cinnamon french toast, egg salad sandwich, dipped in olive oil with herbs, warm marinara sauce or hummus. The vegan version of the original flaxseed bread is phenomenal!  I must say it is better then the original. Rustic, hearty, moist, excellent texture, good shelf life, and the flavor is out of this world!  Try both versions and see which one you like best. 

Onion Dill Bread

Banana Nut Bread-Vegan

Pecans are raw and ordered from Austin, Texas.

Each mini loaf has one ripe banana!  That's a lot of banana goodness!  Surprisingly, you do not taste coconut with the coconut milk and oil, what you do have is a moist bread with a unique dessert texture.  These little loaves are awesome to take traveling, camping, fishing and picnics they hold up well.  You can also freeze them.  *Please give me a one week notice for ripe bananas.

Strawberry Basil Bread

Lemon Yellow Squash Bread w/Blueberry Glaze

A perfect combination of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg make this moist bread a favorite with everyone.  Pureeing the whole zucchini and/or squash (skin and seeds) along with the benefits of flaxseed, chia and unsweetened applesauce-not only makes this delicious but good for you.

Usually summer and autumn unless I can put some zucchini and yellow squash up to use out of season.

Maple Apple Bread

Pumpkin Pie Bread

There is 7 1/2 ounces of pumpkin in each delightful loaf!  That's a lot of pumpkin!  Warm spices mingling with the pumpkin and subtle sweetness of local maple syrup make this a must have bread to enjoy through autumn and winter.  The glaze is light but enhances the flavor of the bread but it won't make your toaster sticky. It also travels well to take to holiday visits.  Slice and enjoy, toast with butter or make it into a delicious french toast.
